  • Do you sell individual pieces or just a containers?
    Yes. We sell individual pieces to the public. Please contact us directly to discuss.
  • Where can I buy your items?
    Currently we have one retailer in the United States. You can choose what you would like from our website and contact J Tuner & Co. for purchasing. We are always expanding our list of retailers so stay tuned.
  • As a retailer who wants to carry your products, what must I do and do I get special pricing?"
    Yes. Retailers and Professional Interior Design firms get special pricing. First step is to register to become a trader here and fill the form out. We will review your registration. If approved, we will send you access to our online pricing for traders and dealers of our pieces. The minimum order is a container. You can choose between a 20’ container or a 40’ container.
  • Do you have shipping and freight company? What if I have my own cargo company, do I have to still order a container?"
    Yes, we can refer you to freight forwarders from Indonesia. If you have your own cargo company, you can purchase individual pieces and pickup your items from our workshop using your own cargo company.
  • Do you offer returns?
    No, we do not offer returns. All sales are final.
